The road leading to Strathan Strathan is on the confluent of River Dessarry and River Pean, with Monadh Gorm in between. The view one gets when approaching Strathan from the Loch Arkaig road. Deer on Glen Dessary estate More deer They can be quite easily approached now, not being afraid of humans as they seem to know it's not shooting season. A bunch of nice deer indeed!
